Rune Ingebrigtsen, Norwegian director of the Confucius Institute in Bergen,was named "Individual performance Excellence award " of the Global Confucius Institute

On December 10th 2019, Rune Ingebrigtsen, the director of the Confucius Institute in Bergen, was named the "Individual performance Excellence award of the Global Confucius Institute" at the Global Confucius Institute Conference in 2019.

The "Individual performance Excellence award" aims to recognize Chinese and foreign individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the development and construction of the Confucius Institute. Since the establishment of the Confucius Institute in Bergen in 2008, Rune Ingebrigtsen has been the foreign director. He is pioneering and hardworking in his work. He is committed to promoting cultural exchanges between China and Norway, cooperating with various schools at different levels in different parts of Norway, expanding Chinese teaching in Norway. He accomplished his job excellently.
